For the Initial Subscription year there is an upfront fee for registration, training and clinical programming. This is typically $900 to $1,800.
The Per Click Plan is typically utilized by part-time or low volume Providers (occasional us-ers) who complete less than 1,000 encounters per year.
The All Inclusive Plan is typically utilized by full-time or higher volume Providers.

1. BASIC SERVICES TIER: allows any doctor to sign-up as a member of the DocPatient network to test using the system and to participate in secure text/audio/video messaging with colleagues for FREE. This tier also allows the non-subscriber doctor, with a patient’s permission, to access certain patient information that may be required during an encounter.

2. FULL ACCESS-PER CLICK TIER: is an inexpensive way for a doctor or nurse practitioner to use the complete system with access to all features. Lower volume users will find that their overall costs, including all transaction fees, are lower in this tier.

3. FULL ACCESS-ALL INCLUSIVE TIER: has a somewhat higher membership subscription fee offset by having all transaction fees included. Overall, it is the most economical for higher volume doctor and nurse practitioner users.

Docations services are similar to cell phone services or cable TV - you only pay for what you use. Instead of cell phone minutes or premium TV channels, you pay for the Doctations services that you use. There is no initial software license fee or long term contract required. All of the software functions are always available to you - there are no “per software module” fees. You pay an affordable subscription fee on either an annual or monthly term. Doctations provides you complete installation, training, support and clinical programming. You can also watch instruc-tional videos and may learn to use functions of the system on-line.

Our pricing model is designed to provide the lowest possible cost for high quality, secure docu-mentation and other services to all of our customers. We offer a subscription tier to fit your needs whether you are a part-time or occasional practitioner or a full-time higher volume practitioner. For doctors who are not currently Doctations subscribers, but have a need to receive secure au-dio/video/text messages from doctors or patients who are Doctations subscribers, or to view pa-tient portal or patient medical vault information, with the patients approval, these doctors can have a Basic, free account which includes 12 trial documents.

About our Transaction Fees:
    I. “Text Lines” - text typed by the doctor or his staff (on-site or off-site) - FREE
    II.“User Click-Lines” - Click-lines entered by the doctor or his staff (on-site or off-site). Two types:
         1. SPDB Click Lines: - FREE (Medical History-allergies, medications, hospitalizations...etc.) Our exclusive SPDB (shared patient database) click-line allows any provider to access and import patient history data from a common repository shared by all doctors.
         2. Non-SPDB Click-Lines - There is a small fee of $.03 per click line for the part-time or occasional user. For full-time or higher volume users, these click lines are included in the membership subscription fee. Our technology allows you to use customized normal and named phrases, re-use prior report entries, etc. In addition,

    1. Subscription fees apply to doctors and nurse practitioners only. All other staff members are not required to pay subscription fees, they are added as “staff” to your organization.
    2. Clinical programming will depend on the amount of new templates required for practice customiza-tion.
    3. You can cancel your subscription membership at any time, without incurring a penalty.
    4. If you cancel, you can still access your medical records thru the Basic tier.
    5. You can request a daily or weekly backup DVD on a monthly basis containing your eSigned reports in PDF format for upload into existing systems or for backup purposes for a fee of $25 per month.
    6. With the use of “USER SPDB Click-Lines” and “Text lines”, almost a third of a report can be entered FREE. Why? We want to compensate doctors for using the SPDB system to maintain patient data and enable them to provide superior healthcare and enhance the Doctor-Patient relationship.

Clinical Decision Support from Elsevier:
Any Doctations user can subscribe to MDCONSULT, a product from Elsevier (see http://www.firstconsult.com) which provides access to over 100 medical textbooks and full-text access to many medical journals. Access to this resource is available to Part-time and occasional tier subscribers for an annual fee of $600 per year per user (doctor, nurse practitioner or PA). It is included for free for Full-time and higher volume tier subscribers.

Transcription Services and Billing Services: Are both currently available for an additional fee

Cancellation Policies:

30-day Guarantee Policy:
New subscribers may cancel anytime within the first thirty days. There is no cancellation penalty other than forfeiture of the remainder of that month’s fee.

Cancellation Policy after 30 days
Cancellation after the initial 30 day guarantee period can be made at the end of your subscription term, prior to renewal.

Tier Changing Policy:
A registered user may change membership tiers at any time, the change will take effect immediately.

Any adjustment to Subscription fees will be charged to the credit card on file or credited to your account to offset any future credit card charges, as appropriate.
